Opening hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 CET, excluding Portuguese public holidays. Messages received over the weekend are answered on the next business day.
Our response promise

- Returns approved or clarified within one business day.

Complaints
If something went wrong, write to us with the details and we will propose a solution within five business days. Unresolved consumer disputes can also be submitted to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
