Buying guide

A short, honest guide to choosing well: what to look at, how to combine products, and how to get the most out of a course.

1. Start from the goal, not the product

Decide what you want to improve — joint comfort, weight management, urinary comfort, skin condition — and then browse the matching category. Each category page groups the formulas designed for that specific need.

2. Read the composition

Every product page lists the full ingredient list and the recommended daily dose. Check for anything you are allergic to, and avoid taking two products that share the same main active ingredient.

3. Choose the right format

  • Capsules — precise dosing, easy to travel with.
  • Powders and drinks — faster absorption, good for daily rituals.
  • Creams and gels — targeted, local action on skin, nails or joints.

4. Plan a full course

Natural formulas need consistency. A single pack usually covers 30 days; buying two or three packs at once means you will not interrupt the course halfway, which is where most people lose their results.

5. Store the product properly

Keep everything in a dry place, below 25 °C, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Do not use a product after the expiry date printed on the pack.

6. When to ask for advice

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescribed medication or managing a chronic condition, speak with your doctor before starting. Our team can also help you compare two formulas — just write to us.
