General terms of sale (B2B)

The supplier is Alfabeto Frutado Unipessoal LDA, registered in Portugal, with its office at Rua Fialho de Almeida, nº 14, 2º andar esqº, Escritório EH12, Avenidas Novas, 1070 129 Lisboa.

Our products are food supplements and cosmetics. They are not medicines and do not replace a varied diet or medical treatment. Descriptions, ingredients and usage instructions are provided in good faith; packaging may occasionally differ from the photographs shown.

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to availability. An order becomes a binding contract when we issue a written order confirmation. We may refuse an order in case of stock shortage, unverified business status, suspected fraud, or an obvious pricing error.

Wholesale prices are quoted in euro, exclusive of VAT, per volume, packaging and agreed Incoterm. Intra-EU supplies to customers with a valid VAT number may be zero-rated where the legal conditions are met. Payment terms are set out in the order confirmation; first orders are normally prepaid by bank transfer.

Deliveries are made under the Incoterm stated in the order confirmation (EXW, FCA or DAP). Stocked goods are normally dispatched within a few business days. Delivery dates are indicative and may vary with production planning and the carrier.

The buyer must inspect the goods on arrival and report shortages, damage or incorrect items within 7 calendar days, with photographs and the order reference. The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers does not apply to business purchases; returns of correctly supplied goods are accepted only by prior written agreement.

We warrant that the goods conform to their specification and to applicable EU regulation on the date of delivery. The buyer is responsible for compliant storage, marketing and resale in its territory. Our liability is limited to the invoiced value of the order and excludes indirect or consequential loss, except where the law provides otherwise.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
