Terms and conditions

The seller is Alfabeto Frutado Unipessoal LDA, registered in Portugal, with its office at Rua Fialho de Almeida, nº 14, 2º andar esqº, Escritório EH12, Avenidas Novas, 1070 129 Lisboa.

Our products are food supplements and cosmetics. They are not medicines and do not replace a varied diet or medical treatment. Descriptions, ingredients and usage instructions are provided in good faith; packaging may occasionally differ from the photographs shown.

An order becomes a binding contract when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse an order in case of stock shortage, suspected fraud, or an obvious pricing error.

All prices are shown in euro and include VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping costs are displayed before you confirm the order; delivery is free for orders of 50 € or more. Payment is taken at the moment the order is placed.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and normally delivered within 2–5 business days inside the European Union. Delivery times are indicative and may vary with the carrier.

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Sealed health or hygiene products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned. See our shipping and returns page for the procedure.

Legal conformity guarantees apply to all goods sold. Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except where the law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes may be submitted to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform or to the competent courts of Lisbon.
