Yes, when used as directed on the label. Every product follows EU food supplement and cosmetics regulations. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical treatment or under 18, consult your doctor first.

Can I take several products together?
In most cases yes — for example a joint formula together with a detox drink. Keep to the recommended daily dose of each product and do not combine two supplements with the same active ingredient without professional advice.
How quickly will I notice results?
Natural formulas work gradually. Most people follow a full course of 30 days; comfort and well-being formulas are often taken for 2–3 months for a stable result.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, and cash on delivery where the carrier supports it. All online payments run through an encrypted, PCI-compliant connection.
Do you ship outside Portugal?
Yes, we ship across the whole European Union. Delivery takes 2–5 business days and is free from 50 €.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@alfabeto-frutado.com. If the parcel has not left the warehouse we change or cancel it free of charge.
Are the products tested on animals?
No. In line with EU regulation, none of our cosmetics or supplements are tested on animals.
